Therefore, the stage leading up to the outbreak of conflict is a state of compromise that absorbs various diplomatic aspects. What are the legal mechanisms that ensure the application of preventive diplomacy at a pre-conflict stage?In accordance with this legal framework, mechanisms for preventive diplomacy must be sought to avoid the devastating effects of any international armed conflict.
