تضم الموسوعة مقالات ، بحوث ، كتب و محاضرات تتناول الجوانب السياسية ، الامنية ، العسكرية ، الاقتصادية و القانونية. كذلك تهدف الى متابعة مستجدات الأحداث والأخبار في الجزائر والعالم على مدار الساعة ، و تغطية للقضايا السياسية و الاقتصادية ..و غيرها ،فهي تنطلق من خلال الإنترنت لتعكس رؤى الشارع العربي و الغربي في أحداث السياسة و الاقتصاد و القضايا الاجتماعية و البيئية التي من حوله، عبر سياسة نشر تعمل على صياغة محتوى متنوع يبدأ من اسهامات الباحثيين و اهتمامات الناس وأفكارهم ورؤاهم ثم ينتهي إليهم مرة أخرى، يحمل معه ما يكمل الصورة أمامهم ويجيب أسئلتهم، بالإضافة إلى أن تكون الموسوعة الجزائرية للدراسات السياسية المنصة الأولى للأفراد في الجزائر بصفة خاصة و في العالم العربي بصفة عامة للتعبير والكتابة والتدوين بشكل حر خارج حدود الأجندات التحريرية.

الموسوعة هي منصة أكاديمية للنشر الإلكتروني مفتوحة أمام الكتاب والقراء لرفع المواد وتعديلها وفق سياسة المشاع الإبداعي العالمية، يتم رفع الملفات ومشاركتها عبر شبكة الإنترنت تحت هذا البند، إن مسؤولية الملفات المرفوعة في الموسوعة تعود للمستخدم الذي وفّر هذه المادة عبر الموسوعة ، حيث تعد الموسوعة مجرد وسيلة بين الكاتب والقارئ، إذا كنت تعتقد أن نشر أي من هذه الملفات الإلكترونية ينتهك قوانين النشر والتوزيع لكتبك أو مؤسسة النشر التي تعمل بها أو من تنوب عنهم قانونياً، أو أي انتهاك من أي نوع فيرجى التبليغ عن هذا الملف عبر خاصية “اتصل بنا ” الواقعة في آخر الصفحة لكل كتاب الكتروني، علماً أنه سيتم النظر في التبليغ وإزالة الملف الإلكتروني عند التأكد من الانتهاك خلال مدة أقصاها 48 ساعة.

Additionally, the Algerian Encyclopedia for Political Studies aims to be the primary platform for individuals in Algeria in particular and in the Arab world in general for expressing and writing freely outside the boundaries of editorial agendas.
