This article seeks to outline the key aspects of this confrontation and assess the implications for global actors and the future political landscape.

As the world economy evolves and new actors emerge, conflict and rivalry in the economic sphere manifest in various ways – through trade wars, social imbalances, political disagreements, and technological competition. Nowhere is this more apparent than the ongoing rivalry and tensions between the BRICS and the G7 countries.
